And I lost my favorite Astero too
. I did manage to get my Helois back in the hole and get the wreck though, so at least I got the Sister's Launcher and some probes back.Oops!

They don't normally blow up, just if you're in a covert site.

@Calder-Torres That does not happen in regular data sites anywhere, hack fails can only cause death in sleeper caches or ghost sites. As this was in J space, it must have been a ghost site, official name "covert research facility". Check the link post below on which sites have npc dangers.
