This is an oldish fit, but it's pretty good for exploration. It works fine for me because I have CovOps IV, which outperforms the Astero bonus. And although the cheetah is much uglier than the Astero, I won't cry nearly as much when I inevitably lose her.

Cheetah was beautiful ship before redesign. Quadratisch. Praktisch. Gut.
I love Cheetah, as Andrew Chikatilo character was created specifically for scanning and flying cov ops frigs. First year he almost didn't undock, training all scanning skills to 5, then cov ops 5, and so on. I miss Cheetah, because on journeys to nullsec I decided to use Astero - cov ops are chased out of relic sites by almost any ship.

Here's my Tengu fit. I think it's pretty much the same as what @Johnny-Splunk uses. I sometimes fit missiles as alternative to Neuts. For me this runs cap stable.

Current fit is travel mode, when running sites exchange ECM for Zeugma and AB for MWD
