Here's my Tengu fit. I think it's pretty much the same as what @Johnny-Splunk uses. I sometimes fit missiles as alternative to Neuts. For me this runs cap stable.

Current fit is travel mode, when running sites exchange ECM for Zeugma and AB for MWD

@ArtsNFartsNCrafts I haven't had problems with the sites with both skills to IV. the cheetah has a slight bonus to analyzer strength, which helps.
